Winston Industries, Inc. is an innovative foodservice equipment manufacturer headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, U.S.A. Founded by Winston L. Shelton in 1969, this family-owned business is in its fifth decade of designing, building, and marketing state-of-the-art foodservice equipment for restaurant chains, schools, fine-dining establishments, food stores, and other operations. The majority of the company's employees are based in the Louisville facility, with a network of sales professionals and partners that covers the globe.

Winston’s product line includes CVap® Cook and Hold Ovens, CVap® Holding Cabinets, CVap® Hold & Serve Drawers, CVap® Thermalizers, CVap® Universal Holding Bin (UHB) Cabinets, Collectramatic® High-Efficiency Pressure and Open Fryers, Shortening Filters, and Breading / Sifting Tables.

As a leader in foodservice, Winston Industries is committed to helping solve the world's food and nutrition challenges. Providing financial, human and administrative resources through its partnership with the School Nutrition Association and School Nutrition Foundation, Winston has provided one hundred thousand dollars in U.S. education grants and scholarships over the past four years with the goal of eradicating hunger, malnutrition, and obesity. Winston's commitment extends globally through an outreach effort with the Global Child Nutrition Foundation, contributing over fifty thousand dollars for the development of school meal toolkits, international workshops and a policy scholarship exchange program, increasing school meal access, and advancing nutrition for children across the world.

As a manufacturer, Winston strives for continuous improvements in both products and processes, using Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the facility.
