Martin Ford Promoted to Customer Service Representative

June 2012 • Louisville, KY – Martin Ford has been promoted to the position of Customer Service Representative at Winston Industries.
Mr. Ford has proven to be a valuable asset to the Winston Team since he was brought on board more than three years ago. In his most recent role as a member of the product service and packaging team, he was responsible for building parts kits and shipping orders to customers.
“Adding Martin to our customer service team was the logical next step for him,” said Dennis Hall, Product Service Manager at Winston. “He already knows what goes into making the equipment and now he has the opportunity to use that knowledge to directly assist our customers and servicers.”
Among the responsibilities of his new role as Customer Service Representative, Mr. Ford will be processing parts orders, handling technical calls, and tracking shipments.
