Nick Romanoff Has Joined Winston’s Customer Service Team

June 2012 • Louisville, KY –Winston’s Customer Service department has added Nick Romanoff to the team. He will serve as a Customer Service Representative and will be responsible for assisting customers and servicers by processing parts orders, handling technical calls, and tracking shipments.
Mr. Romanoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and has over 10 years of experience in customer service, including work in the foodservice industry.
“Nick’s extensive customer service experience makes him a perfect fit for this position,” said Dennis Hall, Product Service Manager at Winston. “He’s great with our servicers and customers and his willingness to learn new things is an invaluable asset.”
