Paul Haviland Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

September, 2011 ● Louisville, KY – Paul Haviland promoted to Chief Operating Officer
Winston Industries is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Haviland to the position of Chief Operating Officer. “Paul has been an outstanding contributor,” said Valerie Shelton, President and CEO of Winston Industries. “We are confident he will meet the new responsibilities that accompany the position of COO with the same level of enthusiasm he has exhibited since joining the Winston team.”
Mr. Haviland has been a dynamic member of the Winston team for more than 27 years. In his most recent role as Manager of Administration, he has directed and supervised the company’s accounting, human resources, and information technologies initiatives, and managed company finances.
Among the responsibilities of his new role as COO, Mr. Haviland will have before him the responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of Winston Industries’ worldwide organization.
